Today I went through one of the AI applications from OpenAI. I didn't believe AI could be revolutionary in the technical world in writing the code or creating art on its own because Technology can't replace the creative works of artists either in music, Artwork, or writing stories. In the test of OpenAI, requested to write poetry on Product Management. I saw the unbelievable results from the OPEN AI artificial engine.  My Query to Open AI engine: Write lyrics on product management   Verse 1:  The pressure is high, and the stakes are even higher It's a complex job, no one can deny  You need to be savvy, know the industry  Product management is what you do Chorus:  Managing the product, every step of the way  Making sure the process is smooth and safe  Dealing with the stakeholders, push and pull  Product management is the goal  Verse 2:  You have to strategize and think it through  Leading the team to success  Manage...

Today we have a meeting with multiple teams to discuss on release of the new feature by 25th of February. Without directions and agenda that meeting completed. The attendees were new to the application and don’t even know what to do Discussions happened over so many things only few we will remember. Even after few hours, all the items that discussed in the crucial meetings also erases from brain and that works pending until someone remind us or we get into our thoughts when we are in unexpected and comfortable situations. Even we delegate the item to someone who can take care, they also forgot due to their busy schedules. It’s absolutely fine but regular and frequent follow up doesn’t work as we think. By providing the timelines & putting the pressure to accomplish that work in stipulated timelines leads to wrong doings and errors in work. Someone who is not performing the work that you assigned or his own work, should understand the person with empathy. And need to ask few questi...

Every day, we come up with ideas without knowing, but if we don't document them somewhere, they will fly away from your memories stack  Whenever your creative juices flow, make a note of every idea that comes into your mind. later, you can think about it more clearly by mindmapping your idea with relevent content around the idea. rather than fly in the air without doing any research on your idea.  Copyrights@2022 by Krish Ideas should stay in your recorded channel or in some form of manual copy like books to comeback and rethink. It should be taken further improvement to validate whether the idea is feasible or not in the current market conditions that require feedback from the end users. Even if feedback would be against an idea, need to accept the feedback and groom further to make sense to the users rather than leaving it as an orphan idea. "Most of the Ideas generate in non traditonal Environment/setup"

Life is so hard, some are very comfortable in their environment, by adopting it. But, unfortunately, everything does not happen in such a manner. Our fate hits us very hard. But some people say it's based. Even can’t stand in front of it by defending. So we need to learn how to be offensive to the situation. Fellow human beings always want to rip your skin, to make themselves comfortable. However, no one understands the pain which you are feeling inside.  My Life Example Today is the 31st of October, I am in the office for a very reasonable and happy with what I get and whatever I achieve here. But I didn’t understand what was going on behind me in my office. My office financial accounts person called me to verify the amount I would receive for the August trip to the BC welfare corporation. The trip to the client location was planned for 5 days in my initial discussions with VP-Operations Vijaya Lalitha. I prepared myself and my wife for that. She was also expecting that trip ...

Knowledge Transfer is one of the vital HR policies in India to train and transfer the information regarding the managed, operated, developed, and researched projects in the period of employment to the other colleague in your team for a smooth transition. Transition planning is a crucial task for HR and Reporting managers in any sector, consisting of  Who delivers the knowledge? List of projects handled and the work done on that project like documentation, and development (Code Reviews, Test Documents)? Transition planning has timelines. Hand overring the whole work to the designated colleague.  This is for smooth Knowledge Transfer planning and everything must complete before the relieving date. Coming to my situation in my last office, Transition plans and Knowledge Transfer subject lines are given. But I am unable to come up with deadlines because of ill health and am stuck in my home town until everything was good. HR and Reporting Manager were in confusion about wh...

That is the year 2007, the first time I owned a computer with so minimal configuration even I can't believe how I used that low computing system for my regular college work and gaming on that computer. And one thing is still that system is in my memory with 15 inch CRT screen with a Glass protector to the screen to stop rays that fall onto my eyes due to system usage. The computing power of the CPU is so minimal like 512 MB RAM and 80 GB Hard disk. At that time, it was an overly powered system with Windows XP. I used to play NFS and Trackmania games. Really saying I managed to play, but the power was not sufficient so much latency and burning out the processes. Refresh rates of the system and Processor cycles were very low.  Need to mention the game, NFS is one of the games that my friends and I were passionate about playing every day after college hours. Even though my system was not equipped with Graphic Card or high-end RAM(1 GB), played the game by killing computing reso...

Everything starts with ideation, but to bring the idea to life needs further analysis and research to cross-check and double-check the idea worth implementation or further storming need to be done with/by including external experts and involving real users who are suffering from the issue. After gathering and analyzing the issue through rigorous followups and continuous and often feedback. That should not stop there. Here business analyst will come and analyze the data by doing few techniques like Interviewing, document analysis, conducting focus group interviews and brainstorming sessions with the cross-functional and SMEs in that field.

Self-doubt would come at any point in time and from anywhere. Most of this crisis is due to actions and responses we receive from others and the outcome coming out of so many restless hours we put as input to achieve the desired outcome when we receive the adverse reports. And sometimes it would come from others in the form of words and from your friends. The negative feedback coming from outside your mind works as a drug to take inside your heart make you sad and bad that taking you down with depression-like symptoms. Don’t hear anything outside your mind. They know only a finite part of you, but you have infinite potential that others can’t see in you. The infinite strength lies in you know until you and your invoice while hearing the noises from outside the inner voice slowly die and you kill yourself from inside with negative hopes and pessimistic words occupy in your mind. As the years pass by you are not anywhere except a puppet to the others' words. And you pass the same t...

We are virtual images, sitting in front of systems spending our time in zoom calls & team calls by nodding our heads for no meaning in life by scarification of our love of our family and kids on the bank. We were habituated to live a miserable life in humans where no one knows where it ends. The race never ends up being transferred from you to your children, and this chain never breaks because of the societal pressures that make you and I so sick. And we push our children again into the battleground to race against the time and fellow human beings by doing comparison day in and day out, without appreciating them in the kid’s age.
