After gathering and analyzing the issue through rigorous followups and continuous and often feedback. That should not stop there. Here business analyst will come and analyze the data by doing few techniques like Interviewing, document analysis, conducting focus group interviews and brainstorming sessions with the cross-functional and SMEs in that field.

Skill development missions are very common in India and abroad to upscale the skills of rural and urban educated and unemployed youth. Most of the skill development missions have common agenda to create employment with proper training and providing certifications by industrial experts. It’s in positive perspective.
