Business Analyst is one who Gather, Research , Analyze and provide the solution to the business problem of the client. We all know this definition and Day to Day work style thing is very different. Business Analyst role consists of So many mental barriers and emotional blockers. Want to become successful Business Analyst. Every Business Analyst have tactical and strategical thinking towards the hurdles faced by the day to day activities. Managing the People of diversified platforms into a single and coordinating team to achieve the success of the Project. To do so, BA need to have emotional qualities in dealing with such a teams. Some of them are slated below.

Emotional Qualities- To be Maintained

  • Be like a lotus in the Mud
  • Requirements hurried, Project buried
  • Don't presume the solution, Need to work on the problem
  • Don't be a ball in one's game, Try to be a player.
  • Don't carry emotions of work place into personnel life, May ruin your relations.
  • Stake holders is not always correct, need to provide the insights regarding the problem and solution.
  • Same requirement don't have the same solution all the time. Varies with time, situation and client.
  • Don't over relay on the vendors.
  • Maximize the communication points with frequent meetings.
  • Don't say "No" to the client. Instead take some time to search for solution.
  • Stakeholders are not always correct.
